sushi is a very delicious Japannese food,
though seems very simple(raw fish on the rice),
it's very hard to make.(God is in the detail.)
my husband and I go to a sushi meal very often.
(about once every week)
so often that the "shifu"(sushi maker) knows us
and serves us the meal we like before we order.
